Notice & Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims

Before you list a place

Businesses that submit content (text, photos and other material) confirm that they own it or have the right to use and share it. If you receive a claim about content you submitted, we may ask you to resolve it or provide evidence of your rights.

How to submit a claim

Send a written notice to remakrjp@remakrjp.com with the subject line “Copyright Claim”, including all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it — for example, the page URL and a description.
• Your name, postal address, email address and telephone number.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay our review.

What happens next

When we receive a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question, and notify the business that provided it. We may share the details of your notice with that business so they can respond.

If your content was removed

If material you submitted was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, contact us at remakrjp@remakrjp.com with an explanation and any supporting evidence, and we will review it.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate the account of any business that repeatedly infringes the rights of others.
